LL-110 Series (ValueLock) |
ValueLock is the newest addition to LinerLock’s synthetic roofing underlayment product line. ValueLock’s lightweight construction makes it a superior replacement for any traditional asphalt-saturated felt paper.
ValueLock is constructed utilizing a three layer process. The primary layer is made up of a base scrim fabric. Each additional layer is laminated each side of the base layer using specially formulated coatings that offer the following characteristics:
- Embossed top layer offers maximum anti-slip traction to ensure a safety of walking surface.
- Woven base fabric is constructed with tie-woven PP scrim for outstanding tensile strength and tear resistance.
- Slip-resistant bottom layer is coated with a proprietary formula which resists movement on the roof deck preventing fastener point tears.
- Bottom layer is coated with a proprietary Gel-like anti-skid formula that resists movement on the roof deck even without fasten; therefore, it can prevent fastener point tearing due to slipping and offers additional leak protection and improved sealing around fastener points.

Synthetic VS. Traditional asphalt-saturated felt-paper
- Cost effective
- Packs more square footage (10 squires) in a lighter roll and requires less storage space
- Less prone to wrinkling with superior resistance and durability (6 months rating).
- Lighter roll weight makes installation safer and easier, and ease providing time and labor savings.
- Non-slip surfaces offers extra safety on all roof pitches in all weather conditions.
- Impervious to mold growth and durable in harsh environmental conditions.
- 25 Years limited warranty.

Test data is based on an average taken over several production-runs and should not be considered or interpreted as minimum or maximum values. Values are typical data and not limit to specification. All values ± 10%. Dry tested conditions: in water, #15 felt will absorb +30% water and lose +50% strength when wet.
