Superior Synthetic roofing underlayment for 15# replacement
Quality roofing underlayment is critical for helping to prevent wind-driven rain from infiltrating under the roof’s shingles and potentially damaging the home’s structure and interior.
Traditional asphalt felt underlayments can tear easily, absorb moisture, disintegrate and deteriorate much more quickly, leading to wrinkling and leakage through the main roofing cover.
LinerLock® (LL-120) is an innovated and specially designed 4-ply lightweight synthetic roofing underlayment that makes it a superior replacement for a traditional asphalt-saturated 15# felt paper.
- Special designed anti-slip non-woven spun bound surface to enhance and provide secured walk-ability.
- Stronger Polypropylene weave and much more resistance in tearing especially around the fastener.
- Proprietary formulated anti-skid bottom coating to prevent underlayment slipping against OSB roof deck even when wet.
- Lies flatter, wrinkles free and easy roll out.
- Will not absorb moisture, become brittle in cold or leach oil over life. 25 x stronger than 15 # felt and 4 x lighter than 15# felt; a 10 square roll weighs only 23 lbs!.
- Impervious to mold growth and durable in harsh environmental conditions.
- Blue-Gray color provide best UV resistance (up to 6 months) and up to 30°F degrees cooler than typical asphalt felt.
These unique design features allows the contractor to easily carry the roll up and down the ladder with fewer laps, cuts, and roll handling that means you can do more jobs in less time resulting in huge savings.

Test data is based on an average taken over several production-runs and should not be considered or interpreted as minimum or maximum values. Values are typical data and not limit to specification. All values ± 10%. Dry tested conditions: in water, #15 felt will absorb +30% water and lose +50% strength when wet.
